​​Our Powered Surgical Instrument Repair Center has made an extensive commitment to computer aided design manufacturing methods to ensure component quality and reliability. In-house component re-engineering and machining have pioneered new levels of quality assurance in powered instrument repair while providing significant cost savings to the end user. Our goal is to meet or exceed original manufacturer’s specifications in all aspects of instrument repair.

Limited Warranty

​Midsouth Handpiece Repair warranties all repairs performed on powered instruments and components against defects in replacement parts, materials and labor. All repair are warranted for 90 days.  This warranty is limited to repairs performed by the Surgical Instrument Repair Center.

This warranty does not apply to any equipment subjected to misuse; abuse; improper installation or operation; or that which has been altered or adjusted by any person other that Midsouth Handpiece Repair authorized surgical instrument technician.

Midsouth Handpiece Repair fixes all makes and models of ultrasonic scaler including the complete Dentsply Cavitron® line. We may be able to repair units that are no longer supported by the manufacturer. We will generate an estimate for all scaler repairs following a complete diagnostic evaluation.  There is no charge for an estimate, however if an estimate is declined there will be a return charge for the shipping expenses incurred.  All ultrasonic scaler repairs carry a full ninety day warranty.
